Payment:

You can pay in the Elephant Parade online store using one of the following methods:

  • Credit Card
    Credit card details are entered through a secure SSL connection, and together with your credit card company, we will process your payment correctly. From the time of ordering on, you will find a reservation on your credit card. Your credit card is then charged at the time an item is shipped. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or JCB.

Shipping Policy:
We ship to multiple countries worldwide. Items are shipped from our warehouse Chiang Mai, Thailand. The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package and the geographical distance between you and our company. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our home page. You can always contact us if you have any questions about the status of your order. 

Delivery:
As products are handcrafted for you in Thailand, international orders may take up to two weeks to be delivered.

Prices:
All prices are including VAT. 

Exchanges:
You may exchange the products you have purchased at the Elephant Parade online store within 14 days, starting on the day that you receive the products. If a product is put into use before the 14 days have expired, and you want to exchange the product for another product, you are liable for the decrease in value of the product. 

The decrease in value of the product is measured by the loss caused by the treatment of the article other than the necessary handling to test the product in a conventional manner while in a physical shop. All returned products should be returned in the same condition and in its original packaging. Complaints:
Complaints about our products or services can be sent via email, our contact form or on paper. We will answer you within 14 days.

Please note that Elephant Parade cannot be held responsible for any additional import duties or taxes charged by your local customs.
